Jace Recoupteam is an independent blockchain intelligence and recovery firm. We are not a law firm, law enforcement agency, financial institution, or government body, and hold no authority to compel any third party to act.

Jurisdiction

We operate internationally and are not restricted to a single jurisdiction. Engagements are conducted in accordance with the laws applicable to the client's case and to the jurisdictions in which any recovery action is pursued.

Fees

Where recovery fees are structured around a percentage of recovered assets, this is agreed with the client in writing before any recovery work begins. Where no recovery is achieved on a percentage fee engagement, no recovery fee is charged.

Complaints

If you have a concern about an engagement, contact your case manager directly in the first instance. Unresolved concerns can be escalated in writing to our case staff and will be reviewed by a senior member of the firm not otherwise involved in the case.

Data retention

Case data is retained only for as long as necessary to complete an engagement and satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations, after which it is securely deleted. Clients may request earlier deletion of their data by contacting us directly.

Case studies published on this site are anonymized, and in some instances presented as illustrative composites based on common investigative patterns rather than a single matter.
