About Jace Recoupteam
An independent firm built for structured, defensible blockchain intelligence and digital asset recovery.
Who we are
Jace Recoupteam is an independent blockchain intelligence and recovery firm. We work with individuals, counsel, and institutions who need structured, well documented findings, explained without jargon, and where a viable path exists, we pursue the recovery of what was taken.
What we specialize in
Cryptocurrency theft, investment fraud, lost or inaccessible wallets, asset tracing across wallets and networks, and blockchain investigations more broadly, delivered as a single structured case file.
Why our methodology matters
Every engagement follows the same documented process. We favor repeatable analysis over speculation, and attach honest confidence levels to what we find rather than presenting every conclusion as certain.
What standards we follow
Findings are documented with quantified confidence levels and clear reasoning, formatted to a standard suitable for legal and institutional use, with limitations disclosed in every report.
Confidentiality
Every engagement is governed by a confidentiality agreement. Case information is accessible only to the analysts assigned to your matter.
What makes us different
We built Jace Recoupteam specifically for people and institutions encountering blockchain investigation for the first time. Structured methodology and plain language reporting are not an afterthought. They are the design.
Team

N. Okonjo

How we maintain standards
The practices that apply to every case we take on, not just the ones we publicize.
Documented chain of custody
Every wallet, transaction, and data source referenced in a report is timestamped and traceable back to its origin.
Consistent methodology
The same structured investigative process is applied to every case, regardless of size or complexity.
Confidentiality by design
Case files are accessible only to the analysts assigned to that matter, not the wider team.
Continuous training
Analysts maintain and update their blockchain forensics skills as tracing techniques and tooling evolve.
Frequently asked questions
Answers to what people ask us most before a first conversation with our team.
Both. We investigate the movement of digital assets, identify actionable recovery paths, and work through the appropriate channels to pursue the return of recoverable funds. Not every case results in a viable recovery path, and we tell you honestly where that is the case.
For qualifying cases where recoverable funds are identified, our fees may be structured around a percentage of successfully recovered assets, agreed with you before any recovery work begins. Investigative work outside of a recovery engagement is billed separately, as discussed during your initial consultation.
Yes. Most of our clients are not technical. Our job is to handle the technical analysis and explain what we find in plain language. You do not need to understand blockchain to work with us.
Each finding is assigned a tier, confirmed, high confidence, or indicative, based on the strength and corroboration of the underlying evidence, explained fully within every report we deliver.
Straightforward tracing matters are often substantially complete within one to two weeks. Cases involving several networks or multiple parties typically take four to eight weeks. A specific estimate is provided after initial assessment.
Yes. Every engagement is governed by a confidentiality agreement, with case access limited to the analysts assigned to your matter.
